Lab Leader
Dr. Halai is a MRC Career Development Fellow at the MRC Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit (CBU link for department profile).
He trained at the University of York (BSc, MSc) and the University of Manchester (PhD) before moving to the MRC CBU, University of Cambridge as a postdoc and then as a Principal Investigator (PI) (ORCID)
Dr. Halai's lab research focuses on language and executive dysfunction after brain injury (e.g., stroke or degeneration). Our goal is to utilise machine learning and neuroimaging to help improve diagnosis and prognosis for patients.
